There are 1,255 households out of which 38.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.7% are married couples living together, 10.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 26.7% are non-families. 24.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 12.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.71 and the average family size is 3.25.
In the CDP the population is spread out with 30.3% under the age of 18, 7.4% from 18 to 24, 26.8% from 25 to 44, 23.1% from 45 to 64, and 12.4% who are 65 years of age or older.
